Returns - Damaged and Defective Goods

If upon receipt of delivery you find that your goods have been damaged in transit please notify us immediately (within 24 hours) by calling 0845 2500 947 or email info@totalqualityfurniture.co.uk . Goods comprise of the furniture item along with the included packaging. Packaging is expensive and substantial. All faulty items returned must include the packaging they were delivered with. Items returned without packaging will be subject to a re-packaging fee. Replacement items will then be requested and sent to you. In the unlikely event that your items have a defect i.e. missing parts, please call us to arrange dispatch of replacement parts. If it is a manufacture fault then we cover all the costs, whether it be an exchange or a collection and credit.

Returns - 7 Day Cooling Off Period

You have the unconditional right to cancel your order within 7 working days without having to give us a reason. The 7 working days start from the day that you receive the goods. We will provide a full refund for the purchase price of the goods, less our delivery charges. Please note that it is your responsibility to return the goods. If you request that we collect the returned items then you will have to pay the return delivery cost of the goods to us. All goods must be unopened and in perfect condition. We unconditionally reserve the right to not refund if the goods are not returned in a suitable condition.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time by contacting us via email or telephone. If your goods have not been dispatched, we will arrange for a refund to the card you used to purchase the goods. If your order has been dispatched, then the above 7 day cooling off period will apply.

Delivery Policy

We offer our 15 DAY DELIVERY GUARANTEE for all items currently in stock. We also offer free delivery to many UK Mainland areas. Surcharges apply to certain postcodes listed below. Prices are subject to VAT @ 17.5%.
